| PA257 is the PCB part of a
pluggable terminal block connecting to cable part PA256, and is available
in Vertical or Horizontal style with Open or Closed ends. Open-ended types
are used where end stacking on 5.08mm pitch is required. Closed-end types
are available to provide a secure connection. A polarising key system is
available to prevent incorrect connection to PA256. The cable part PA256
is available in Horizontal
or Vertical

| Polarisation
System |
A polarisation key (PA257C) is
available for the PA257 terminal block, used to prevent incorrect
connection with cable part PA256. Plastic snap-off keys are supplied in
21-piece strips. The key is snapped off and inserted into a notch over the
pole where required. Polarisation does not lose any poles from normal
operation. |
