Q: What Quality Approvals do you have?

A: Approved by NQA to BS EN ISO9001:2008 Certificate No: 6595  We also can provide Certificates of Conformance.


Q:  Custom Cable Assemblies / Connectors :Can I send a rough sketch and description of what I need by fax / post / email or describe over the phone what I need?

A: Yes you can, we will then allocate a unique part number and prepare an in-house drawing in relation to your enquiry, we can then arrange a sample and offer price and delivery information dependant upon your quantity and delivery Required.


Q: I need a special connector or a standard one modified can you help?

A: Yes in most cases, we have tremendous experience of doing this, we agree the specifications required and can either modify a standard connector or get tooling produced, we can handle your requirement from start to finish. Sometimes if a patent exists, we do our best to either work with the patent holder or obtain a legal workaround. Custom Waterproof Solutions for Standard Connector Types we also get involved with.


Q: Can you help solve connectivity problems ? I have a need for a custom cable assembly, custom connector and pcb to pcb requirement.

A: Yes we can, everyday we help customers with cost effective quality solutions, we can provide standard and custom connectors, special gold plating, specific number of mating cycles, advise on current capacities, help you select what is the most appropriate solution be it a cable assembly, connector etc.


Q: What is the minimum order quantity?

A: Normally we do not have minimum order values, sometimes a minimum order quantity may be necessary due to standard manufacturing pack quantities or when a minimum amount of raw materials have to be obtained to produce the goods: for example non standard gold plated contacts or cable reel size lengths. Either the MOQ will apply or other cost’s such as tooling etc may be amortised over an agreed quantity between us.


Q: Can I obtain a credit account?

A: Normally 1st orders from new customers are on a pro-forma basis, subject to our normal terms and conditions, credit accounts are available for companies and organisations subject to the receipt of satisfactory references and the passing of approval via our credit and identity checks. Foreign companies are generally on T/T in advance payment terms.


Q: Will you supply outside the U.K.?

A: Yes subject to terms and conditions, we can supply most countries of the world in nearly all common currencies. In some instances we can ship directly to your customer or contract manufacturer directly from our production facilities, being U.K. / Taiwan /  Hong Kong.


Q: Will you give Fixed Price Agreements based on annual requirements?

A: Yes we are pleased to offer fixed price agreements based on your annual requirements, this means we can all buy smarter and drive prices down. Please Contact us for more details.


Q: How Competitive are your prices?

A: Our Priority is Quality, Delivery and Price, we believe that we are very competitive in the market, sourcing products and raw materials globally whilst maintaining controlled low overheads, maximising efficiencies and economy of scale where possible, many customers have continued to do business with us for in excess of 5 years.  Customer feedback on pricing is always welcome and together we endeavour to create a  Win / Win Partnership.


Q: What Currency Can I Pay in ?

A: GBPounds Sterling by Cheque / Bacs / Euro / USD / + Many other currencies via T/T or Paypal


Q: Will you hold Buffer Stock for Me?

A: Yes subject to terms and conditions: we can also offer KANBAN / Custom Printing Packaging and Labels.


Q: Do you Provide Samples?

A: Yes many free of charge, some may be chargeable, contact us for details


Q: Can you provide a cross-reference service?

A: Yes we regularly identify alternative products for your existing items and many times succeed in providing substantial cost savings for customers.


Q: How Fast can you deliver and by what method?

A: We try to despatch goods the same day if in stock and ordered by 3pm, next day and timed deliveries are offered by a fully insured tracking courier for the U.K. For oversea’s shipments we can either send by UPS / Fedex / DHL / but prefer you to use your own preferred courier and account number.

Direct shipments to your Customer / Subcontractor / Logistics centre can also be arranged, either from our UK  warehouse or from our Far Eastern shipping depots if product is manufactured and delivery required locally.


Q: What are the Postage and Packing Charges for Delivery in the U.K.

A: We only use tracking couriers like Fedex / Anc this enables a signature to be obtained (the product is insured from our side) and this is a more secure way of guaranteed delivery,  standard charges apply dependant upon weight. Please contact our sales office for further information.  Delivery charges are subject to change and hence are not published on the website.


Q: Do you offer Sales Rep Visits to Customers?
